Orders & Payments

To confirm an order, a non-refundable/non transferable 50% deposit is required upon booking. This will secure your requested date and cake order. You will be provided with a detailed breakdown of the order (Order Confirmation), including a sketch and description of the design, portion number, total cost, delivery or collection details – plus any other pertinent information.

The outstanding balance is due no later than two weeks before the Wedding day.  

If you wish to make alterations that impact the total cost, after the deposit has been paid, these will be discussed and agreed with you. Once finalised, the balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Deposit and final payments can be made by either cash or bank transfer.
